KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe: London 2025 Guide

KubeCon is the flagship conference for Kubernetes and cloud-native computing, organized by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). When and where is KubeCon 2025 taking place?

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 is scheduled for April 1–4, 2025, at ExCeL London in London, England. The event will feature 229 sessions, including keynotes, lightning talks, and breakout sessions, with 89 hosted by CNCF project maintainers. 

Pricing and access types

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 offers two primary registration options:

1. All-Access Pass: This pass includes access to all CNCF-hosted co-located events on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, as well as the main conference from April 2–4. Co-located events encompass specialized sessions such as ArgoCon, BackstageCon, CiliumCon, and more.
2. KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only Pass: This pass provides access solely to the main conference sessions from April 2–4, excluding the co-located events on April 1.

Registration is available in different pricing tiers: Corporate, Individual, and Academic registration. The Corporate All-Access Pass for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 costs $2,278 USD, excluding the 20% VAT.

• If arriving by air, London City Airport (LCY) is the closest, just a short taxi or DLR (Docklands Light Railway) ride away, while Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), and Stansted (STN) provide additional international access.
• By train, the Elizabeth Line and DLR connect central London to ExCeL, with Custom House and Prince Regent stations serving as the nearest stops.
• If traveling by car, parking is available at ExCeL, though public transport is recommended due to London’s congestion and parking costs.
• For those staying nearby, walking or using local buses can be convenient.
