Leaders are:
- More than twice as likely to have implemented Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
- Over three times as likely to have implemented automated testing for infrastructure changes
- Five times more likely to have implemented a platform engineering team.

Automation leaders are 33% more likely to see developer self-service as a route to lower risk
Leaders understand that developer self-serivce reduces risk rather than increases it. Prioritizing speed while setting standards for control addresses the Speed-Control Paradox, allowing leaders to build pipelines that deliver fast, predictable and secure deployments.
