We are excited to announce that our ServiceNow Integration is now available. By integrating Spacelift with ServiceNow, you get a self-service model that meets people where they are. With this feature, Spacelift Blueprints will be tied to Service Catalog Items so that developers can use the products they already know and the processes they have to easily self-serve infrastructure. Since Blueprints are defined by your DevOps/Platform teams, they will have all your required control mechanisms allowing you to move fast while staying in control.
In your Spacelift account, you will see a new option called ServiceNow, and this is the place where you can create ServiceNow integrations:
After following the instructions from that page and creating the integration, you can decide what Blueprints you want to share. When selecting a Blueprint, there is a new option available called integrations, this is the place in which you will tie this with a Service Catalog item:
Let's take a look at an example Blueprint and how it ties to a Service Catalog item:
Please keep in mind that this feature is available only in the Enterprise Tier.
As part of our goal to always ensure we are building something worthwhile, we’re looking to gather feedback on our ServiceNow integration. We want to expand in ways that make you excited, so we’re going to be actively gathering your feedback. Let us know what you want to see out of a ServiceNow integration with Spacelift. Tell us your dream flow/pipeline/setup, and we may end up building it!
