Introducing our new in-app chat
We are excited to let you know that we've added a new support chat into our app, that can be easily accessed from the Help & Feedback section.
With this new chat you can:
- Click directly into docs/knowledge base/status page and even browse our blog posts
- Chat with us directly
The star of the show:
You can now search knowledge base articles from the chat directly. The knowledge base articles include user facing errors we have seen and common situations, so now you can easily search for an error message and get an immediate solution without needing to reach out. As always, your feedback is welcome so let us know your thoughts!
